FAQs
What’s included in the price, and what isn’t?
The cost of your trip includes your hotel stay, green fees and transport throughout your trip. Flights to the region are not included.
How does it work, from enquiry to arrival?
Once you get in touch, we’ll have a conversation about what you want from your trip, whether that’s purely golf and relaxation or more besides. We’ll recommend places of interest and restaurants across the region to suit you.
From there, we’ll build an example itinerary covering everything from breakfast to dinner reservations, with downtime built in and any extras you need. We’ll refine it with you over a few conversations until it’s right, then send you a copy to share with your travelling group.
Once your booking is secured, we’ll reserve your tee times, dining and hotel. When you arrive, everything will be in place and ready to go.
Where will we stay, and how far are the courses?
We’ll base your stay in the heart of Liverpool. Distances depend on which courses you choose: Royal Birkdale is around 40 minutes from the city centre, and Royal Liverpool is around 30 minutes in the opposite direction. A central base works well for both.
Using our local knowledge, we can also place your group in whichever area is most efficient for your golf. We use the best hotels in Liverpool and the surrounding area. The region has some outstanding places to stay, and we want you to experience them.
Can you arrange airport transfers and transport between courses?
Yes. We look after your transport throughout the trip, including airport pick-up and travel between courses.
Do you arrange trips for solo travellers, couples, large groups and corporate or society events?
Yes. We plan trips for travellers of every kind, from solo golfers and couples to large groups, including corporate and society trips. We can accommodate groups of any size, provided we have enough notice.
How far ahead should I book?
For larger groups, we recommend booking around a year in advance. Travelling at shorter notice? Get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Who can I contact during my trip?
Throughout your stay, you’ll have a dedicated contact for any requests or issues, available by WhatsApp and phone. We’ll agree contact arrangements with you before you travel, including how to reach us urgently.
